Terms and Conditions

  1. The game is organized by Fundacja Park Miniatur Województwa Mazowieckiego (The Park of the Mazowieckie Province Miniatures Foundation), based in Warsaw at 38 Senatorska Street.
  2. By booking a game and using the services of the Escape Room Bank participantsconfirm that the Terms and Conditions are known to themand that they accept them.
  3. In order to participate in the game it is necessary to booka convenient date via the website www.escaperoombank.pland provide the following information:
    • First name
    • Surname
    • E-mail address
    • Phone number for contact
    • Number of participants
    • Payment choice
  4. Every booking is confirmed with an e-mail message that includes details such as the date, the timeand the name of the booked room.
  5. A person that would like to cancel the reservationis required to contact the Escape Room Bank staffvia e-mail or phone.
  6. The staff of the Escape Room Bank might need to contact a person that made the reservation in order to confirm it. Should they try to do that via phone and/or e-mailto no avail, the booking may be cancelled.
  7. Refund of prepaid game is possible only if cancellation takes place at least 24 hours before the game.
  8. Players are requested to arrive at the Escape Room Bank at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in reducing the time limit provided for the game.
  9. The description of each room includes essential information about the game, such as:
  • time limit of the game
  • number of participants allowed
  • minimum age limit of participants
  1. An underage person is allowed to take part in the game only with the consent and under supervision of their legal guardian.
  2. People under the influence of alcohol and/or intoxicating substances are not allowed to participate in the game. The staff of the Escape Room Bank may refuse to initiate the game or may terminate it before the scheduled time. Should the game be terminated for the above reasons, the Escape Room Bank will not refund the money for the game.
  3. People who due to their condition may suffer detriment to their health may not participate in the game. It is applicable especially in relation to:
    • people suffering from illnesses or conditions in which flashing/blinking light jeopardizes their health e.g.. epilepsy, eye diseases;
    • people suffering from illnesses or conditions in which physical effort jeopardizes their health e.g. diseases of the cardiovascular system, illnesses of the spine/the skeletal system, asthma etc.
  4. It is forbidden to take pictures or make recordings in the rooms without the staff’s consent.
  5. Every room is equipped in a alarm red button with a yellow casing; pushing it terminates the game.
  6. Items marked with either yellow-and-black or white-and-red colors are technical equipment of the room and are not elements of the game.
  7. The participants are financially liable for any damages that may occur due to the act of vandalism or misuse of the room’s equipment.
  8. Each participant takes part in the game on their own responsibility. The organizer is not liable for any damages or harm that occur during the game.
  9. It is the participant and participant alone that is responsible for any false statements as well as for concealing circumstances that would debar them from participating in the game.
  10. With respect to the matters not covered bythese Terms and Conditions, relevant provisions of the Civil Code apply.
  11. The payment should be made before the game, either in cash or with a voucher. Vouchers and discount coupons do not sum up with other price promotions.
